How we began 

Originally established by our Principal Surveyor, John Kelly, in 2008 as a sole practitioner, the firm has grown over the years although we remain a family-run company with a modern, flexible and forward-thinking approach, providing industry-leading expertise across a range of commercial and residential services.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) who require stringent rules of conduct and ethics and provide the world’s leading professional qualification in land, property and construction. An independent organisation, the RICS acts in the public interest: setting and regulating the highest standards of competence and integrity among its members.

We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by the RICS.
